Intake session
Describe the business. Get the company that runs it.
Two things arrive together. A working application — your data model, your customer records, your workflows, your code — verified before you ever see it. And an agent workforce already operating it: sales and outbound, customer support, marketing and content, back-office operations.
Start the company without the headcount it would normally take. The functions get covered. The org chart never gets created.

What you still do
The agents execute continuously. You review and approve. Realistically that is about fifteen minutes a morning, not zero — a queue of things that needed a person, waiting where you left it. Any platform in this category telling you the number is zero is selling you a week-three disappointment.
Fifteen minutes is a typical morning, not a guarantee. A day with a pricing decision or an angry customer in it is longer. Recorded, with its scope, on the claim sheet.
Decisions that never leave you
Pricing
What you charge, and what you discount.
Positioning
What the company says it is.
Anything legally binding
Contracts, terms, commitments to a customer.
Anything irreversible
Refunds, deletions, anything you cannot take back.
Spend above your threshold
You set the number. Nothing above it moves.
Agents draft these, queue them, and wait. They do not send, spend, promise or delete on their own.
Why this is not the same thing as buying agents
01
You get an asset, not a subscription to someone else’s automation
Agent platforms sit on top of tools you rent. Stop paying and you have nothing — no data model, no code, no company, just a canceled plan. newc0 builds an application and hands it to you. When a newc0 company runs, the thing running is yours.
02
Predictions, not just prose
A language model writes a good follow-up email. It cannot tell you which of 41 leads is worth calling on Tuesday. newc0 deploys trained models into your application alongside the language agents — sales forecasting and lead scoring today — and labels their output as model output, with a confidence figure attached.
Two model domains are confirmed. newc0 publishes no model count, and will not, until every model behind it is named and browsable. See the claim sheet.
03
It is verified before it ships
Generation runs in a per-project isolated sandbox, starting from pre-built, tested scaffolds. The model proposes structured file edits; a deterministic executor validates and applies them. Then four stages run in order — typecheck, tests, production build, smoke test — and a failure triggers a repair loop, not an error message on your screen.
Measured: 37s end to end — typecheck 4.2s · tests 4.3s · build 24.0s · smoke 3.9s. Marketing-site scaffold, network-less sandbox. One scaffold, not a promise about every build.
04
Honest about the fifteen minutes
The category sells “runs itself while you sleep”, customers arrive expecting zero involvement, and they leave when they meet the approval queue. newc0 puts the queue on the homepage instead.
What you still do — the section above, not a footnote below.
What arrives at eight in the morning
One report. What the agents did while you were asleep, what is waiting on your decision, and what the models expect to happen. The middle column is the point: it is short, it is specific, and it does not clear itself.
Illustrative example. Invented figures for a fictional company — not customer data, and not a screenshot of a real account.

Discount of 22% requested on a $4,800 annual plan.
Above the 15% threshold you set. Pricing is yours; the agent will not decide it.

Irreversible and money out. Approve, decline, or reply with terms.
Draft reply to a 340-seat prospect asking about data residency.
A binding statement about where data lives. Read it before it sends.
Nothing in this column happens on its own. It waits.
Predicted · 3
$18,400 closing this month.
model: sales-forecasting · confidence 71%
Model output, not a promise. The confidence figure is the model’s own.
3 leads worth calling today.
model: lead-scoring · confidence 84%
Ranked from 41 scored overnight. Highest expected value, not highest activity.
Pipeline coverage is 1.4× target for next month.
model: sales-forecasting · confidence 66%
Coverage below target for the month. Read it as a warning, not a number.
Model output, labeled as model output. A confidence figure is not a fact.
What you are actually getting
Four functions, covered by agents that run inside the application newc0 builds you. Two trained models feed the sales function. The other three functions run on language agents today, and this map says so rather than implying coverage that is not there.
| Function | What the agents run | Models feeding it | Never without your approval |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sales and outbound |
|
| Any discount above your threshold. Any pricing statement. Any binding commitment. |
| Customer support |
| None confirmed. Language agents only. | Refunds, credits and anything outside stated policy. Anything a customer could hold you to. |
| Marketing and content |
| None confirmed. Language agents only. | Anything published in your name. Positioning. Claims about the product. |
| Back-office operations |
| None confirmed. Language agents only. | Any payment out. Any spend above your threshold. Anything irreversible. |
Before you start
Can you really run a company with no employees?
- You can run one with no payroll. The functions a company hires for — sales, support, marketing, back office — can be covered by agents and trained models running inside your own application. The work does not vanish, and the decisions do not either. Somebody still owns them, and that somebody is you.
Does newc0 take a percentage of my revenue?
- No. newc0 charges a flat subscription and takes no percentage of your revenue or your transactions. It is not a partner in what your business earns. The subscription figure is not published on this site yet, and it will appear here the day it is confirmed rather than a day before.
What do I actually own at the end?
- The application: its data model, its customer records, its workflows and its code. That is the difference between a company and a subscription. An agent platform that sits on top of tools you rent leaves you with nothing when you stop paying it.
Is this a template, or software built for my business?
- Generation starts from pre-built, tested scaffolds, then the model modifies them for your business rather than inventing project structure from nothing. That is why it holds together. What arrives is your data model and your workflows, built on foundations that were already known to work.
How do I know the software works before I see it?
- Every build runs a four-stage chain in order: typecheck, then tests, then a production build, then a smoke test. You see the application only after it passes all four. A failure at any stage triggers an automatic repair loop rather than an error message on your screen.
A new company, from zero.
One question to start: what’s the business? It takes a sentence, and nothing is generated until you approve a spec.
